Keen angler Andrew Perring has now come on board instead, and has lots of ideas to make further improvements to the lake and the quality of fishing it has to offer. <br /></span></span> <br />September 2009. <span style="COLOR: #000000">44 additional Carp were added to the lake. The majority of these were Common Carp from several pounds up to approximately 13 pounds in weight. Two nice sized Rudd were also introduced at the same time. Pictures of the Carp introducton can be found in the Gallery section under the "Fish" section.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"><span style="COLOR: rgb(255,0,0)">June's Best Baits</span>. Lately the most successful baits for Carp at Les Rouvets have been luncheon meat type baits, (Pepperami, Luncheon Meat, Luncheon Meat flavour boilies, pellets etc). Other successful bait has been Swiss Chocolate flavour boilies which have produced some very decent size Carp. <br /> <br /><span style="COLOR: rgb(255,0,0)">June Catch 2009</span>. One thrilled member caught five Common Carp overnight, all at excellent sizes mostly well into double figures. <br /> <br /><span style="COLOR: rgb(255,0,0)">April 2009</span>. Two anglers fishing on a day ticket here at Les Rouvets caught a 32 lb Common Carp during their overnight session.</span> <br /></p>
